1. What we collect

When you use the NorthHive Human + AI Delegation Guide or contact us, we may collect:

• Your first name and email address.
• Your business name, if you choose to share it.
• The answers, calculations, and results you enter in the interactive guide worksheets.
• Your communication preferences, including whether you'd like to receive NorthHive tips, resources, and AI updates.

2. How we use it

• To generate and email your personalized delegation guide, including your worksheet responses and results.
• To save your guide progress so you can pick up where you left off.
• To respond to inquiries you send us, including discovery-call requests.
• If you opt in, to send practical delegation tips, virtual support advice, resources, and AI updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

3. Cookies, local storage, and advertising measurement

We store your cookie choice, and your guide progress, in your browser's local storage so the site remembers them on your next visit. We also record, in your browser, how you first arrived at our site (for example the campaign details in the web address, and the page you came from), so we can understand which ads and pages lead to enquiries.

If you accept cookies on our banner, we load the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure which ads led to a visit or an enquiry. That involves recording page views, certain button clicks (such as opening our booking page or starting the interactive guide), and — only if you submit the guide form — a securely hashed version of your email address, used by Meta to match the enquiry to an ad. We never send Meta your plain email address.

If you choose Decline on the banner, the Meta Pixel is never loaded and no advertising measurement data is sent. You can also clear your browser's cookies and site data at any time to reset your choice, and block cookies through your browser settings.

4. How we protect it

Your information is stored securely. Personalized guide files are kept in private storage and are only accessible through time-limited, unique download links created for you. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

5. How long we keep it

We keep guide submissions for as long as needed to deliver your guide and provide follow-up support. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

6. Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails. Receiving your personalized guide does not require marketing consent. You can decline advertising cookies on our cookie banner. You may also request a copy or deletion of your information — including your guide responses — at any time by emailing us, and we'll action it.
